What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Do I need to complete an Intro Session before joining Cairns Boxing Academy?

Yes - Our Cairns Boxing Academy classes comprise all levels including our competitive team.

What do I need to bring with me to a session?

Please bring your water bottle, a sweat towel, your wraps and gloves. If you are attending your intro session, rest assured that we will provide you with wraps and gloves.

What is the minimum term of membership?

At Freedom, we understand that life happens. We do not lock you into a contract or have setup fees.

Our minimum term is only 4 weeks!

Can my child attend a FREE trial class?

Absolutely - The First class is FREE in our Juniors program.

Do I need to have experience in boxing or be of a certain fitness level?

No, our one-on-one Personal Training and group classes are designed for all skill levels from beginners to competitive athletes.

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer one-on-one and two-on-one boxing personal training as well as, group classes for Juniors aged 9-17 and adult group classes.

Can I use the gym facility without joining a class?

Absolutely - we have a gym use-only option available. Get in contact with us for pricing.
