Our program is designed to introduce children aged 9-17 to the fundamentals of boxing in a safe and supportive environment. We focus on building confidence, discipline, and physical fitness while teaching proper technique and sportsmanship.

Each session lasts for 1 hour Monday-Thursday & 1 hour 45 minutes on Saturdays.

Cairns Boxing Academy is Freedom's adult group classes suitable for individuals aged 18+ . Classes are held Mon-Thu 5pm-7pm & Sat 8am-9am Whether you're a beginner or seasoned boxer, there's so much to learn in our classes.
