Payments and Fees: 

• Membership fees will be paid by the agreed-upon schedule. 
• Late payments will incur an additional charge of $5 if not paid within 3 days of invoice date.

Code of Conduct: 

• Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and fellow members. 
• Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in immediate termination of membership.

Health and Safety: 

• Before commencing any exercise program, it is advisable to consult a physician. 
• Freedom Boxing shall not be held responsible for any injuries sustained while using the facilities.

Personal Belongings: 

• The gym is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left on the premises.

Amendments: 

• The gym reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.

Gym Dress Code Policy: To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all members, the following dress code policy is enforced:

• Appropriate Attire: Athletic clothing is required. This includes t-shirts, tank tops, sports bras, leggings, shorts, and joggers. Clothing must cover the torso and private areas adequately.

Safety and Hygiene: 

• It is recommended to wear moisture-wicking fabrics to maintain personal hygiene. 
• A towel should be used when using equipment to ensure cleanliness.

Members not adhering to the dress code may be asked to change or leave the premises. The gym reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of the attire.
